Wendy Miller
Executive Director, MS, RN, HTCP
Wendy is a Colorado native living with her family in Erie, CO. She has been a registered nurse since 2006 and has worked in various healthcare leadership roles for the past 25 years. In 2022, she became a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner, a pivotal achievement that guided her to the Healing Warriors Program. Starting as the Program Director in May 2023, Wendy also worked as a Healing Touch practitioner in the Ft. Collins clinic, which provided her with a deep understanding of Veteran needs and their unique challenges. Her commitment and passion for healing our Veteran community led her to transition into the executive director role earlier this year. The Healing Warriors Program has beautifully aligned with her desire to provide healing in a meaningful and effective way, merging her leadership, nursing, and Healing Touch worlds. She is deeply honored to serve those who have served our country.

Dani Dalla
Finance & Human Resources Director
Dani is a seasoned financial associate with over 25 years of expertise in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and employee management within the construction sector. Throughout her career, Dani has demonstrated a keen understanding of financial principles and a knack for streamlining processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Her leadership has consistently led to successful outcomes in various projects, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the Healing Warriors Program’s mission. Residing in Windsor, CO, she lives with her husband and is a dedicated baseball mom to her two sons who both play competitively. You might catch her cheering from the stands at baseball games all over the state and beyond.

Annie Lindgren, MPA
Grants Manager
Annie moved to Wellington, CO in 2007, kicking off her career in the mental health field and nonprofit world of Northern Colorado. She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Public Affairs with emphasis in nonprofit and community services management, both from Park University in Parkville, MO. Annie has served various roles in the admin side of nonprofits and owns a business that provides grant writing and consultant services to nonprofits. She is passionate about seeing northern Colorado nonprofits thrive and for helping spread awareness and support for those impacted by mental health. Annie joined the Healing Warriors Program team as grant manager in June, 2023. While not a service member herself, her father served in the Navy during Vietnam, and she has other family and friends who are veterans. She connects with PTSD’s impact on life and functioning and is honored to be part of the work we do in offering much-needed relief to service members.

Tim Aichholz
Program Manager
Tim is an 8-year Army Veteran, who was stationed at Fort Richardson AK, and at Fort Campbell KY. Tim has worked in various roles since leaving the Army, excelling in customer service with his warm and welcoming personality. He has implemented and supported several IT/Technological projects along the way. Tim moved to Fort Collins in January 2021, and started with Healing Warriors in June of 2021. He loves working with his fellow Veterans, and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Healing Warriors Program. Tim lives in Loveland, CO with his husband and their many “fur-babies”.

Minor Kelley
Client Services Specialist
In every job we do, we bring with us all of who we have become. Minor Kelley, Healing Warriors Program Client Services Manager, is the warm voice on the phone when you make an appointment and the smiling face you meet when you walk into the office. Whether you are making your first visit or have a weekly appointment, Minor will treat you as a valued guest. Minor originally came to Healing Warriors as a volunteer in March of 2014 and became the Reception Manager for Healing Warriors Program in November 2014, and has now transitioned into her role of Client Services Manager. Minor’s background includes a 7-year stint as Office Manager of The Winslow, an independent living center for seniors. Prior to that, she took time to be a full time care-giver for her young grandchildren and elderly mother. Minor also loved teaching and coaching, spending many years doing both. Her final teaching role was at CSU where she taught dance, gymnastics, and aerobics classes. A lifetime resident of Fort Collins, Minor completed her undergraduate degree in Physical Education/Health and additional graduate work in Exercise Physiology at CSU in the early 80s.This mother of two children, grandmother of five, embraces her multitude of life experiences and brings to Healing Warriors the sum total of that richness to make the day brighter for every client who comes into our office.

Emma Brink is a Fort Collins native. She has been a family caregiver since 2016 . She came to us as an intern through workforce in July 2023, excited to learn and use her passion for helping people in her role here as a Client Services Coordinator.

Brian Bickham
Client Care Specialist - Aurora, CO Satellite Clinic
Brian, originally from Westminster, Colorado, returned home in 2019 after serving 14 years in the Air Force as a 2T2 (Air Transportation career field). During his service, he spent a decade stationed overseas at Yokota Air Base in Japan, Incirlik Air Base in Turkey, Manas Air Base in Kyrgystan and Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. He then spent four years at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey. Outside of work, Brian has a variety of hobbies, including playing guitar, scuba diving, snowboarding, volleyball, and video games. He joins the “Healing Warriors Program” team with a strong ambition to assist fellow veterans and their families in improving their quality of life.

Jerome Depner
Client Care Specialist - Colorado Springs Satellite Clinic
Jerome is a Wisconsin native living with his family in Colorado Springs, CO. He was medically retired from the U.S. Army in 2018, after 12 years of service as a Driver and IT Tech. In 2023, He realized he had achieved a milestone in his life and was able to stop working, a pivotal achievement that guided him eventually to the Healing Warriors Program as he took on the life-long journey of personal growth yet again. Starting as the Client Care Specialist, Jerome’s current goals align beautifully with The Healing Warriors Program with his desire to provide healing in a meaningful and effective way, merging leadership, growth, and access to non-narcotic healing. Jerome is deeply honored to serve those who have served before. Jerome is a current PhD student of the Transformational Leadership and Coaching program at Maharishi International University (MIU) and holds degrees in applied management (BS) and Industrial and Organizational Psychology (MS) from Grand Canyon University.

Cece Long
Client Care Specialist
CeCe Long, an Army Veteran involved for 7 years with Operation Baby Lift (Vietnamese Orphans to the US) and Operation New Arrival (when Saigon fell) in 1975. With a love of working in Emergency Rooms, the majority of her time was spent at Ft. Carson in Colorado Springs, CO and Ft. Wainwright in Fairbanks, AK where she worked as the NCOIC for the enlisted staff. After the Army, she obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Montana. Over the last 37 years, she has worked in both large corporations and smaller companies doing a variety of accounting. She joined the Healing Warriors Program on 6/2/22 on an internship program through Larimer County and joined the HWP family as a permanent employee as of 9/1/22.
