Corinna Kromer
Executive Director, HTCP, NLP, HMC/T, CBT, CRM/T
Corinna Kromer was raised in Greece, where her stepfather’s service in the Greek Navy subtly instilled in her an appreciation for discipline and resilience. Her Mediterranean upbringing has deeply shaped her holistic approach to wellness and healing. Corinna spent several decades thriving in the corporate world, where she led her teams to great success.
With over 25 years of experience in the wellness field, Corinna is a dedicated Wellness & Post Traumatic Growth Coach and Energy Medicine Professional. Inspired by principles of balance and wellness, she is a certified Healing Touch, HeartMath, NLP, and Hypnosis practitioner and the creator of the ETC-Lucid Hypnosis system. Through this innovative system, she gently addresses chronic pain and trauma, helping individuals foster vibrant lives.
Corinna is honored to have devoted a decade to serving veterans through the Healing Warriors Program in Fort Collins. This program is pivotal in providing holistic, non-narcotic therapies to veterans, focusing on alleviating PTSD, anxiety, sleep disorders, and chronic pain, while also offering crucial support for suicide ideation. Her unwavering dedication to holistic care led her to serve as a Board Member, and she now leads the organization as the Executive Director, where she continues to expand its reach and impact.
In her work, Corinna strives to create a welcoming environment where veterans feel supported and empowered to reclaim their health and joy. With her extensive background in business and multi-disciplinary training, she champions self-care, wellness, and inner joy, promoting healing and deeper connections within the community.

Tim Aichholz
Program Manager
Tim is an 8-year Army Veteran, who was stationed at Fort Richardson AK, and at Fort Campbell KY. Tim has worked in various roles since leaving the Army, excelling in customer service with his warm and welcoming personality. He has implemented and supported several IT/Technological projects along the way. Tim moved to Fort Collins in January 2021, and started with Healing Warriors in June of 2021. He loves working with his fellow Veterans, and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Healing Warriors Program. Tim lives in Loveland, CO with his husband and their many “fur-babies”.

Jessica Rogers
Operations/Financial Coordinator
Jessica began her journey of service in the United States Air Force, where she served as a 3F0 (Human Resources and Administration) for seven years before settling in Colorado. She is currently pursuing a degree in Integrative Health Professions, with a focus on Health and Wellness Coaching. Jessica is honored to join the Healing Warriors team and looks forward to supporting veterans and their families on their healing journeys. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, dancing, trying new foods, soaking up the sunshine, and spending time with her dog, Gizmo. Known for her warmth and her ability to make friends wherever she goes, Jessica is excited to be part of a community dedicated to service and healing.

Brooke Kjar
Marketing Coordinator
A Colorado native, Brooke grew up in Parker, Colorado, and proceeded to receive her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Communications from Colorado State University here in Fort Collins. She is passionate about bringing others’ stories to life, and is happy to have found a team of like-minded individuals, who all have the goal of making an impact. She is most excited about seeing, as well as being a part of, HWP’s continued growth.

Annie Lindgren
Grants Manager
Annie moved to Wellington, CO in 2007, kicking off her career in the mental health field and nonprofit world of Northern Colorado. She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Public Affairs with emphasis in nonprofit and community services management, both from Park University in Parkville, MO. Annie has worked in the government sector for 6 years in Child Welfare and the nonprofit sector for 16 years. She has served in various nonprofit administrative roles, including as an Executive Director, Development Coordinator, and board volunteer. She now owns a business that provides grant writing and development consulting services to nonprofits. She loves helping nonprofits thrive in their missions, with a particular soft spot for those focused on trauma recovery and mental health support. Annie joined the Healing Warriors Program team as a grant manager in June 2023. While not a service member herself, her father served in the Navy during the Vietnam War, and her partner is an Army Combat Veteran. She connects with PTSD’s impact on life and functioning and is honored to be part of the work we do in offering much-needed relief to service members.

Hillary Daly
Client Services Coordinator
Hillary served in the Army from 2001–2006 as an ammunition specialist, completing military deployments to both Afghanistan and Iraq. Through self‑discovery and the support of an incredible community, she overcame many significant challenges along the way, shaping her strong commitment to mental health advocacy in all its forms. A long‑time client and volunteer at Stillwater Ranch, Hillary was referred to the Healing Warriors Program, where her natural passion for service found a new home. Since joining the HWP team in January 2026, her life has begun to regain balance, and a renewed sense of purpose has taken root. Home is in Loveland, shared with her amazing partner, Jason, and their four semi‑feral but overall decent kids who keep things interesting.

Emma Brink
Client Care Specialist
Emma was born and raised here in Fort Collins. She started at Healing Warriors Program in July of 2023 as an intern and stayed on as staff after her internship ended in early 2024. Her background as a family caregiver for over 6 years has influenced her role here at HWP, allowing her to continue work that she is passionate about, that incorporates compassion, understanding, and support to our clients. Outside the office, Emma is a creative and pursues art and writing.

Nate Kraft
Client Care Specialist
Nate, is an 11yr Army Veteran, who served from 2002-2013. He was an 11B Airborne Paratrooper, who was stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. / Fort Lewis, WA. / Fort Carson, CO. He has 3 deployments that include: Afghanistan OEF in 2003 and Iraq OIF in 2004 and 2009. He has 4 Amazing children and 2 grandchildren, that he loves spending time with. He enjoys fly fishing, hiking, and anything that takes place outdoors or in nature. His passion in life now is to help fellow Veterans and their families, in any and every way he can! “Thanks to Healing Warriors Program, I can continue to live a much better quality of life, and in return help Veterans and their families to do the same!”

Brian Bickham
Client Care Specialist - Aurora, CO Satellite Clinic
Brian, originally from Westminster, Colorado, returned home in 2019 after serving 14 years in the Air Force as a 2T2 (Air Transportation career field). During his service, he spent a decade stationed overseas at Yokota Air Base in Japan, Incirlik Air Base in Turkey, Manas Air Base in Kyrgystan and Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. He then spent four years at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey. Outside of work, Brian has a variety of hobbies, including playing guitar, scuba diving, snowboarding, volleyball, and video games. He joins the “Healing Warriors Program” team with a strong ambition to assist fellow veterans and their families in improving their quality of life.

Donald Saarela
Client Care Specialist
Don is a 15-year Army Veteran serving in the Minnesota Army National Guard, Active Army, and Army Reserve. He was a 12N and 13F with a deployment to Afghanistan in 2013 and to Iraq in 2023. He loves to hike, camp, walk his three dogs, and strives to maintain his health with holistic means. His passion is now to help veterans navigate time after service.

Tasha McGinley
Client Care Specialist - Colorado Springs, CO Satellite Clinic
Tasha McGinley is a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, devoted mother, and true Minnesota native—complete with that “Minnesota nice” charm and a love for good conversation (and probably a hotdish). She served seven years in the Air Force, stationed in Guam and Little Rock, before settling in Colorado, where she’s called home for the past five years. Tasha is deeply passionate about supporting her fellow veterans and creating a welcoming, down-to-earth space for those seeking healing. Outside of work, she finds joy in spending time with her children, caring for animals, and exploring the great outdoors—usually with a smile, a chai tea, and maybe a midwestern “you betcha.”

Cece Long
Client Billing Services
CeCe Long, an Army Veteran involved for 7 years with Operation Baby Lift (Vietnamese Orphans to the US) and Operation New Arrival (when Saigon fell) in 1975. With a love of working in Emergency Rooms, the majority of her time was spent at Ft. Carson in Colorado Springs, CO and Ft. Wainwright in Fairbanks, AK where she worked as the NCOIC for the enlisted staff. After the Army, she obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Montana. Over the last 37 years, she has worked in both large corporations and smaller companies doing a variety of accounting. She joined the Healing Warriors Program on 6/2/22 on an internship program through Larimer County and joined the HWP family as a permanent employee as of 9/1/22.
